Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Vyoma Boutique, we strive to provide premium-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Every product goes through multiple quality checks before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

No Returns or Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds once products are sold and delivered.

Returns/refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind
  • Size preference after purchase
  • Color preference
  • Fabric preference
  • Personal dislike of the product
  • Sale items

Sale Items

Products marked as Sale or purchased under promotional offers are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.


PRODUCT ACCURACY & QUALITY

We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible.

Please note:

  • Minor color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.
  • Fabric texture and appearance may vary slightly.
  • Such differences shall not be considered defects or valid reasons for exchange.

All products undergo quality inspection before dispatch.


EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are available only under the following conditions:

Domestic Orders Only

Exchange service is available only for orders within India.

Product Condition

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • Unworn
  • In original condition
  • With original tags and packaging intact

Products failing inspection may not qualify.


Exchange Exclusions

Exchange requests will not be accepted for:

  • Color variation concerns
  • Fabric preference concerns
  • Change of mind
  • Discounted/Sale products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Used or washed items

Exchange Request Timeline

Exchange requests must be submitted within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Required Information for Exchange Request

To process your request, kindly email the following:

  • Order ID
  • Issue details/reason
  • Product images/videos (mandatory for damaged, defective, or wrong items)
  • Unboxing video (mandatory)

Our support team will verify the details and approve eligible requests.

Please note: 

Exchange requests without an unboxing video may not be processed.


Exchange Processing Fee

A processing fee of ₹300 per product will apply.

Once payment is completed, kindly share payment proof via email.


Reverse Pickup

After approval and payment confirmation:

Our team will arrange reverse pickup.


Direct Shipping Option

You may also choose to ship the item yourself.

Our team will provide the return address.

Please share:

  • AWB Number
  • Courier Company Name
  • Proof of Delivery (POD)

Please use a reliable courier partner.

Vyoma Boutique will not be responsible for loss or damage during transit.


Quality Inspection & Dispatch

After receiving the product:

  • Quality inspection will be performed
  • Exchange product dispatch within 7–10 working days

Only one exchange per order is permitted.


If Requested Size Is Unavailable

If the requested size is unavailable:

A credit note equal to the item value will be issued.

Credit note validity: 30 days


ORDER CANCELLATION

Customer Cancellation

Prepaid and COD orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement.
